Takoa Foundation wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use takoafoundation.org.
1. Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The website currently meets this standard only in part.
2. Known issues
We are working to fix the following:
- some images do not yet have text descriptions for screen-reader users;
- some pages do not have a clear main heading;
- some social media icons do not have text labels;
- services run by others, such as the Paystack checkout, WhatsApp and social media platforms, are outside our control.
3. Ask for help or another format
If you have trouble using any part of the website, or need information in another format, contact us by email at info@takoafoundation.org or by phone on +233 24 438 7728 or +233 27 017 1819. Tell us which page you were on and what you need. We aim to reply within 10 working days.
4. Review
We review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the website, and at least once a year.
